We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Sales Representative with a strong background in selling travel products to join our dynamic sales team. As a B2B Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by establishing and maintaining profitable relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and other B2B partners.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, exceptional negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the travel industry.
Role & Responsibility:
Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and increase market share within the B2B travel sector.
Identify and prospect new business opportunities by researching and targeting potential clients, including travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our products, and other related services.
Negotiate and close sales agreements, including pricing, terms, and contract renewals, while maximizing profitability and maintaining competitive market positioning.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and provide insights for product development and marketing strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of services and meet customer expectations.
Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates on a regular basis to track performance and communicate progress to the sales manager.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential clients and promote our travel products.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
4-5 years of proven B2B sales experience in the travel industry, selling travel products such as vacation packages, hotel accommodations, flights, car rentals, and other related services.
Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
In-depth knowledge of the travel industry, including current market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to effectively communicate the value proposition of our travel products.
Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain long-term partnerships with B2B clients.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver engaging presentations and proposals.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate accurate reports.
Availability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
