Selfdrive.ae is looking for young and dynamic female candidates who are ambitious and have the zeal to achieve set goals for the post of Customer Support Executive. You will have to assist our customers with technical problems when using our products and services. Your responsibility will include resolving customer queries and recommending solutions to achieve customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Demonstrates ownership to resolve challenging customer issues, escalating when necessary
Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Draft quotations as per customers’ request
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Prompt response to customer inquiries
Communicating with customers via Chat, Email or Calls; follow up with customers
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Knowing our products thoroughly so that customer queries can be solved
Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Key Skills & Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Degree or Equivalent
Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
Fluency in English is a must
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Patience when handling tough cases
Understanding of how CRM systems work
Excellent documentation skills
Understanding of how CRM systems work
Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers
Good comprehension skills ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present
Ability to concentrate follow customers’ issues without distraction to resolution
Good composition skills ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written response
Ability to use a desktop computer system
Familiarity with Windows XP, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Internet
